If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we are happy to offer a refund on all goods purchased directly from our online store returned to us within 14 days of your reception of goods, provided they are in their original, unopened and unused condition accompanied by the original invoice.

All returned goods will be examined upon receipt. As for reasons of hygiene, we are unable to offer refunds on any opened or used or damaged goods. We will process your return as quickly as possible and will notify you by email once your refund request has been processed. Pease allow a maximum of 30 working days for your refund to be processed. Please note that return delivery charges are not refunded.
