Not completely satisfied with your purchase? No worries. Return any product bought from our online store within 14 days of receiving it. Ensure the product is in its original condition, unopened and unused, with the original invoice.

Items will be checked once we receive them. We can't offer refunds for any product that's opened, used, or damaged. Once we process your return, we'll send an email confirmation. Please allow up to 30 days for the refund.

To initiate a return, email us at info@senyoko.fr for an RMA number. Return the product to: Senyokô SAS, 46 rue du Borrégo, 75020 Paris, France. Note: We do not cover original shipping and return shipping fees.
