Orders are reviewed and confirmed by Senyokô before finalisation. Shipping will be confirmed after review.
Complimentary testers are offered at a ratio of 1 tester for every 5 full-size bottles ordered. For a first partner order, a complimentary tester is automatically included for each purchased reference, with additional testers allocated according to the same 5:1 ratio.
Complimentary samples are allocated according to the total number of full-size bottles ordered. Additional testers and samples may be purchased at the indicated partner price.

Un testeur est offert pour cinq flacons grand format commandés. Pour une première commande revendeur, un testeur correspondant est automatiquement offert pour chaque référence commandée, puis des testeurs supplémentaires sont attribués selon le même ratio de 5:1.
Les échantillons offerts sont attribués en fonction du nombre total de flacons grand format commandés. Des testeurs et échantillons supplémentaires peuvent être commandés au tarif professionnel indiqué.

Article 1 – Purpose
Senyokô grants the approved Distributor the right to resell the Products in the customer’s country, without exclusivity. This right is non-assignable and non-transferable.
Article 2 – Promotion
The Distributor shall use its best efforts to promote and sell the Products, provide suitable sales and after-sales service, refrain from substitution, distribute materials supplied by Senyokô, obtain Senyokô’s prior written approval for product advertising, and maintain suitably trained personnel. Participation in exhibitions in the customer’s country must be notified to Senyokô at least three months in advance.
Article 3 – Recommended retail prices
Prices for sales to the customer base shall be:

- $265 – Hora de la Verdad / sombra, EDP 50 ml

- $245 – La Tsarine, EDP 50 ml

Senyokô does not participate in holiday, semi-annual, annual or end-of-year sales. Retailer or boutique gift cards are accepted. No discount below the stated minimum retail price may be granted without Senyokô’s written approval.
Article 4 – Liability
Subject to mandatory law, Senyokô’s aggregate liability per order shall not exceed the amount paid for that order. Senyokô shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss. The Distributor remains responsible for its representations, resale activities, claims, costs and liabilities, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.
Article 5 – Trademarks and trade names
The Distributor may use Senyokô trademarks only to identify and sell the Products and in accordance with Senyokô’s instructions and graphic charter. No other use is permitted.
Article 6 – Product warranty and after-sales
Products are warranted against defects under normal conditions for twelve months from shipment. Written notice must be provided within that period. The warranty excludes misuse, unauthorized modification, poor storage, transport damage under the Distributor’s control, normal wear and tear and improper use.
Article 7 – Intellectual property rights
All intellectual property rights in the Products and related materials remain vested in Senyokô. The Distributor receives only a limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to distribute and sell within the agreed territory and may not alter, copy or create derivative works.
Article 8 – Confidentiality
The Distributor shall not disclose Senyokô’s non-public business, technical or commercial information and shall ensure its employees and agents comply with this obligation.
Article 9 – Ethics
The Distributor represents that it complies with applicable anti-corruption laws, including the OECD Convention and United Nations Convention against Corruption, and shall not offer or accept any improper gift, payment, remuneration or benefit in connection with transactions involving Senyokô.
